Please Welcome Mrs. Linda Carroll Coupland to the Cedar Point Art Gallery!

A native of Norfolk, Mrs. Coupland studied art in high school and college but did not begin to paint on canvas until recent years. Painting in acrylics, Mrs. Coupland enjoys clear colors and a variety of subjects.

Mrs. Coupland has studied painting with Lanier Williams (SOFA), Beverly Furman, and Jane Thumm. In 2007 and 2008, she received Honorable Mention awards for paintings exhibited in the Senior Art Festival in Norfolk, VA.

Mrs. Coupland was formerly Director of Development at CHKD and currently teaches group exercise classes, focusing on strength training for Seniors.

Married with two children and two grandchildren, Mrs. Coupland lives in the Edgewater section of Norfolk.
